I know a teacher for the above mentioned course plus he's an excellent teacher for English aswell

but unfortunately, I don;t exactly know your requirement so contact him directly, may be you'll him suitable,

or atleast he'll surely be helping you out to find someone suitable for your requirements,

& you can also try Jamia Sattariya at NIPA Chawrangi, they run classes continously round the year,for both Quran & day-today languge courses. So you can join them at their campus or ask them to provide you a teacher (I'm not sure about it, but its worth to give a try)
